Phineas is Our Boy! He is All Westie and has a sweet personality. Phineas' dad came from Croatia and was a 5 time Champ there so he has a very nice pedigree and has sired some quality pups.

Phineas has a flat coat that is very thick and is shorter and very muscular - thus his nickname - Boxcar Phin. (weighs in at 16lbs)
